The State of Tablets

The California Deaf-Blind services posted an article on their website about the current state of tablet computers and how these computers are changing the lives of the deaf and blind.

The article is prompted by a CNN story on a program (Verbal Victor) developed by a computer scientist to help his son communicate:

Tablets have made incredible leaps, and continue to do so, as does the bevy of programmers trying to help communications.
